Redevelopment update: There are currently 3 mixed use redevelopment projects currently underway in the Downtown Business District. These three are all PILOT projects. The projects are 1 West Washington, 2 West Washington and the Washington Center Project. All three of these projects will be in full construction mode this year. There is also another project at 10-12 East Washington that is in the works and will be moving forward this spring. The Borough also has a manufacturing project that will be starting this spring along Route 31.
