Family shall mean up to 5 individuals that are related and reside in the same household.
Resident shall mean individuals residing more than 6 months in the previous year within the limits of the Borough of Washington.
Replacement season/monthly pass tags shall be $12 per tag for lost or damaged tags.
Failure to return tags by October 1 shall result in a $7 fee per tag.
Pool memberships are non-refundable once the season begins
