Variance approved for the purpose of operating a Gaming Center Club.

Variance approved for the purpose of constructing a deck.
Case #2008:12 – Barbara & Kevin Serridge - 30 Nunn Avenue
Variance approved for the purpose of expanding a drive apron and parking area.

No driveway shall be located less than 5 feet from the perpendicular extension of the property line to the curb line. Macadam, concrete or pavers shall be used. This application has been tabled from the May 27, 2008 meeting.
