This application is filed for the purpose of operating a Gaming Center Club.

In the Zoning Officer’s Refusal of Permit, this request is denied for non-compliance with the provisions of Section(s) 94-81A and 23-6A of the Municipal Zoning Ordinance for the following reason(s):  Amusement devices are not permitted in this zone nor within 200 feet of a church or school.  This case has been tabled from the June 24, 2008 meeting.
