Variance denied, without prejudice, to construct a two-family dwelling.
Case #2008:3 Luis Dias 141 N. Lincoln Avenue
Variance denied, without prejudice, to construct a garage.
Case #2008:5 Eric Phillips 36 Taylor Street
Variance approved to remove trailer and construct a single family dwelling.
