This application is filed for the purpose of constructing a two-family dwelling.
In the Zoning Officer’s Refusal of Permit, this request is denied for non-compliance with the provisions of Section(s) 94-77 B5 of the Municipal Zoning Ordinance for the following reasons: The minimum lot area of a two family dwelling shall be 11.25 square feet. In the Zoning Officer’s Refusal of Permit, this request is denied for non-compliance with the provisions of Section(s) 94-77 B5, 77 B2 and 53 K2 & 10 of the Municipal Zoning Ordinance for the following reason(s): Minimum lot size shall be 6,250 square feet. There shall be a front yard of at least 20 feet. No driveway shall be located less than 5 feet from the property line and no drive apron shall be greater than 15 feet.
