                                    with Conditions.

 

                                    Case #2006:4 – Leonides Rosado, 93 S. Lincoln Ave.

                       

                                    Resolution approved for construction of a front porch.

                                         This application is filed for the purpose of constructing a

                                    single family residential dwelling on an existing undersized

                                    lot. 

                                         In the Zoning Officer’s Refusal of Permit this request was

                                    denied for noncompliance with the provisions of Section(s)

                                    94-77 B2 of the Municipal Zoning Ordinance for the following

                                    reasons:  There shall be a front yard of not less than 20 feet.

                                          This application was tabled at the request of  Attorney

                                        This application is filed for the purpose of preliminary and final

                                    site plan approval for the placement of twelve (12) telecommunica-

                                    tion antennas on an existing 150’ monopole.  In addition to the site

                                    plan the applicant is seeking a use variance, height variance and

                                    front and rear yard setback variance.

Case #2006:6 – Douglas R. Bloom, 12 Valley View Terrace

                                    Washington, NJ, Blk. 43, Lot 18

 

                                         This application is filed for the purpose of expanding the

                                    driveway apron to twenty (20’) feet.

                                         In the Zoning Officer’s Refusal of Permit this request is

                                    hereby denied for noncompliance with the provisions of

                                    section(s) 94-53 K10 of the Municipal Zoning Ordinance for

                                    the following reasons:  The maximum size of the drive apron

                                    shall be fifteen (15’) feet.
