APPLICATIONS:
Case #2006:1 – Tracy Fazzolari,
This application is filed for the purpose of adding a 6’ x 24’
front porch.
In the Zoning Officer’s Refusal of Permit this request was
denied for noncompliance with the provisions of Section(s) 94-76
B2 of the Municipal Ordinance for the following reasons:
There shall be a front yard of not less than 30 feet.
Case #2006:2 – Van Cleef Enterprises –
Canal Run at
Lots 4, 5 & 6 (Represented by Alan Y. Lowcher, Esq.)
This application is filed for preliminary and final major site
plan approval to permit Van Cleef Enterprises to redevelop
property on Rt. 3l North for age restricted senior housing. The
applicant obtained a bulk variance and use variance approval to
use this property for age restricted housing on October 25, 2005.
