                                    Variance approved for single family dwelling with conditions

 

                                    Case #2006:5 – Cingular Wireless, PCS, 91 Route 3l

 

Variance approved for minor site plan approval for placement of twelve (2) telecommunication antennas

 

                                    Case #2006:6 – Douglas Bloom, 12 Valley View Terrace

 

                                    Variance denied for expanding driveway apron twenty (20’) feet

 

APPLICATIONS:

                                                This application is filed for the purpose of constructing

                                    a rear deck and an in ground pool added after 1988 without a

                                                In the Zoning Officer’s Refusal of Permit this request

                                    is denied for noncompliance with the provisions of Section(s)

                                    94-75 B4 of the Municipal Zoning Ordinance for the following
