RESOLUTIONS:

Case #2004:23 – Vincent Roland, 33 Lambert Street
Construction of a 10’ x 24’ foot deck with l/2 of the deck
enclosed as a Sunroom – Approved.

Case #2005:1 – Dale & Cathleen Nauta, 318 E. Washington Avenue
Free-Standing Sign – Approved.

This application is filed for the purpose of replacement of
the sign in front of the premises. The size of the sign is 6’ x 12’.
In the Zoning Officer’s Refusal of Permit this request is denied
for noncompliance with the provisions of Section(s) 94-62 C1 &
C4 of the Municipal Zoning Ordinance for the following reasons:
No freestanding sign is placed in the front half of the setback

height.
