NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING AND HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on July 25, 2005, at 8:00 P.M. the Washington Borough Planning Board will hold a special meeting for the purpose of holding a Public Hearing regarding a proposed Land Use Plan Amendment to the Master Plan, a change to the Washington Borough Zoning Map and a Master Plan re-examination report for the purpose of creating a TH Town House District and rezoning the property in the M-3 Mountain Residential District to the TH Town House District which will affect Block 97, Lots 1-4 and Block 97.01 Lot 1.

The Board will also consider a proposed Ordinance revising Chapter 94 of the Zoning and Land Use Ordinance to effectuate the change in the Master Plan.

The Board will also consider the proposed settlement of the litigation by Baker Residential LP against the Planning Board regarding the above property and such other matters as may relate thereto.

The hearing will be held at the Washington Borough Municipal Building, 100 Belvidere Avenue, Washington, New Jersey 07882. The proposed Land Use Plan Amendment and Zoning Map are on file with the Secretary of the Planning Board and may be inspected during normal business hours at the Municipal Building. You may appear at that time to present testimony and evidence in connection with those matters.
